I contracted the services of Trinity Custom/Texas Builders after the hail storms of March 2016 and I'm so glad I did. We got a new upgraded roof, new gutters, a new air conditioner(in & out), and some basic paint/carpentry and it was all covered by the insurance company. My contractor worked with the insurance from beginning to end and made sure we were given every dollar we deserved. I couldn't be happier with the work they did, and I was even more impressed with the quality of people that work for Trinity Custom. Do yourself a favor and call Trinity Custom when you need anything done to your house.

Jose and his team came to our home and installed a new bathroom mirror with medicine cabinet into the wall. They also removed a large rectangular light in our kitchen and replaced it with 4 new can lights. They did an outstanding job with both projects. They were polite, friendly, professional and had it all completed in a little over 1 day. I would definitely recommend them for your home remodel/repair needs and I will be using them again for other home remodel projects in the future.

What an amazing group of people. From the project manager j.d.carrier to the crew. So professional and knowledgable. We also had them put a new fence on one side of our yard and it's beautiful just like the roof and gutters. Would highly recommend them for any job you need. They are a 10 in my books

As a first time homeowner, with little to no knowledge of where or how to find a good roofer... I was incredibly fortunate to read about Trinity Custom Roofing on a local neighborhood page. They really and truly did excellent work in all areas of the job. Thorough and quick communication. Very clear about exactly what would happen and when with appraisals, insurance, etc. And then when it came to the actual roof - beautiful work completed in one day! I look forward to using them again in the future for interior work!!

Shawn did a great job getting our insurance to cover a good amount on our fence. He is very knowledgeable and was always available if I had a question. This was our first claim and the insurance paperwork was confusing to us and Jeremy was very helpful on explaining the paperwork to us. We love our new roof and we highly recommend Texas Builders Inc.

I had significant damage to my home from a storm and was completely in the dark about how to handle this through my insurance company. Shawn Kharrazi with Texas Builders came and met with me and went through all the damages even taking photos of my roof so I could see everything. My insurance company was fighting with me about replacing the whole roof but Shawn went above and beyond to fight for my best interest and get my insurance company to replace the entire roof. He was able to prove damages on my gutters, interior and fencing that was all covered in my claim as well. If you are looking for an outstanding General Contractor that's willing to fight for you look no further than Shawn at Texas Builders. I can't thank him enough for all of his hard work. He even recommended a better insurance carrier that would take care of me and do what's right by their clients. I'll be using Texas Builders from now on for anything related to contracting and referring my friends and family to them as well.

Called Texas builders after a flood in my home. Received a call back from Ryan, who I think might be the owner but I’m not sure. He was very polite and seemed very educated on all the steps that will take place with insurance process. All of the work him and his team did was great. The job took a little longer than expected, but that was more so because of my insurance company.

I am posting this review because Texas Builders went far and beyond to correct a carport structure that had been built by another contractor. Shawn went to Mansfield City via phone calls and visits to make sure the city would allow Texas Builders to correct the mess the other contractor left me in. Texas Builders had to deal with numerous obstacles that the prior contractor had performed. The structure now is beautiful and functional. Shawn kept me in the loop on every step. He was present at every step of the way. Shawn was/is an obvious perfectionist. I am indebted to Texas Builders and Shawn for correcting the mess I was left with when the other contractor completely screwed things up (the prior contractor did not even get appropriate permits so I as the homeowner was hit with violations). Shawn negotiated with the city on ways to make corrections that would satisfy the city and turn a mess into a beautiful detailed product. Texas Builders are extremely professional and knowledgeable on their work along with all their workers are experts in their field. Thank you again! I recently worked with Shawn on a variety of projects in my home and could not be happier with the results! He walked me through the entire process and kept me informed every step of the way. Shawn and his team completed a bathroom refresh including a new walk in shower, new Quartz counter tops and tile backsplash in the mother in law suite, installed recessed lighting in both kitchens along with some other home updates and the results are fantastic!! If you are looking for a reliable company that does high quality work then you need to contact Texas Builders - you won't be disappointed!
